Returns & Exchanges
At Globe Packaging, we are committed to ensuring that purchasing packaging online remains a smooth and trouble-free process. This includes everything from helping you find suitable packaging for your requirements right up to ensuring you are satisfied with the purchase. In line with this commitment, our 30-day returns policy has been designed to guarantee a straightforward, swift and fair resolution.
Stocked Items:
If you change your mind or are unhappy with any stocked items you have ordered, you may return them within 30 days of purchase for a refund, credit, or exchange. Simply call us on 0345 224 3691 or email us at [email protected] to request a returns authorisation before arranging the return. We endeavour to process all returns within two working days of their receipt. To avoid any processing delays, we request that you include a copy of the invoice (or a note stating the order number) and clearly annotate the items and their quantity being returned.
Please note the following:
i. All items being returned must be unused and in the same condition they arrived in.
ii. All refunds, credits or exchanges are issued on pro-rata basis depending on the quantity of the returned items received by us.
iii. We do not issue refunds against any delivery charges paid at the time of ordering or offer reimbursements against any expenses incurred to return the items (e.g. return postage fees).
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items:
Whilst we take great care to ensure you receive your ordered items in good condition, if you do happen to receive any damaged, defective or incorrect items, we apologise in advance and request you to call us on 0345 224 3691 or email us at [email protected] within 30 days of receipt of the items. We will see to it that the faulty items are collected, and a refund, credit or exchange is processed within one working day - naturally, at no extra cost to you.
Non-Stocked Items:
